I got the same issues with my Flashforge Freator dual. My prints stop on the second or third layer sometimes the printer even gets stuck in preheating. Windows upgrades didn't help. when my objects get sliced wothout top and bottom layers although I set up 2 top an bottom shells in the print settings.
