Re: Help calibrating Prusa i3

@graybeard

Thank you for the FFF file, it has helped me with my recent Prusa i3 build.

Question, When prints start, the extruder likes to prime along the edges of the bed, I prefer it prime using a brim.

How can I disable that priming along the bed side?

Thanks

Thanks,

Re: Tip of the Day 30 - Using 3DTouch, CubeX,CubePro and Rap

Your S3D script doesn't change. You should use one of the ones included in the .fff files in this thread. My Python script is separate from S3D. It processes the gcode file after you "Save Toolpaths to Disk" from S3D. You must have Python installed on your computer to run it. I'm using a ...

Re: Tip of the Day 30 - Using 3DTouch, CubeX,CubePro and Rap

Try setting the standpoint for each layer to random. This will hopefully I spread the seam over random points instead of having it all in the same spot. Efectually making it disappear. I'm assuming you mean 'start point' not 'standpoint'... It makes sense what your saying, I will give that a shot n...

Re: Tip of the Day 30 - Using 3DTouch, CubeX,CubePro and Rap

Today progress: After trying a bit more settings.. I finally tried messing with the code.. I adjusted M108 S27 to S17 and like magic, the larger seams disappeared. What didn't go away was the angular seam along the curve side. So I tried a bunch of other settings again with no luck. Finally I decide...
