Looking at the image I can see the the curves are a series of straight lines, this is not caused by S3D, sketchup does curves like this, so I would suggest that it is one of the other programs you are using. :D

lifting corner

This is frustrating me, beside wasting material.
I realise that pla is subject to shrinkage, but this is lifting in the same corner all the time, and no amount of adjustment seems to change it.
Any idea on how I can correct this problem

I am using a prusa I3 design printer, and 200 and 50 degrees works very well for me. I have had it work also at 190.

It was very simple really, a broken wire. but sometimes difficult to find amongst the ratsnest or wires. :D
