Here is a the repaired files. If you run Windows 10, you can repair your 3D files with windows 3D builder.

I had this Issue last week. If repairng the file doesn't work, set de first layer height at the original setting: 90%
This is weird but it work for me when I printed de Klots shoes ties on thingiverse
