Ok I think I have the problem ironed out. I basically moved the G28 X0 Y0 to just before G29 and now it works. I think that if the homing of x and y earlier in the sequence isn't letting the G29 work correctly. Here is a thread on lulzbot explaining better. https://forum.lulzbot.com/viewtopic.php?f=...

Ok I have uninstalled everything and reinstalled everything. The problems still persists. I have installed Cura and set it up for the mini(they have their own version). I added a part and hit print. It went through the entire process with no problems. This would indicate there is an error in the sim...

I'm having a similar problem with my lulzbot mini. I can physically see g29 in the command line as its starting to print but the printer doesn't do it. If I cancel the print and manually type in g29 to the command line the autolevel works.

Ok I just received my Lulzbot mini and have setup my Simplify3d software for the default lulzbot mini profile. I then upload a stl file and hit print. Everything is going fine so far.
