Can this be changed so that it first sets all temperatures and only then waits for them all to be reached? It is a pain waiting for heating to be completed in a one by one manner.

It looks like the infill pattern 'shines through'. Are you printing a solid infill layer each x layers? That could be responsible for the horizontal lines, if a thin wall is being used, say only one or two shells.

I have seen more consistent results if the solid layers and the infill are not both based on a +/-45° pattern. I usually use +/-45 infill on a 0/90° solid.
