Perhaps printing with raft and 1 layer space then printing the first layer of the model with a width of more than 100% (maybe 200%) and first layer speed much slower?

I ran the part thru a mesh fixer (I can't remember which one) ( the S3D computer died in the middle of this) and it still had the problem I ran it thru S3D V2 on my backup computer (not much of a backup since it was out of date) and it worked ok. when I slice a part there are extra printed stuff generated that is not in the stl file I have uploaded the factory file, a picture of the result and the stl file. The stl file was generated from solidworks.
