No, I don't think JasonW is looking for uniform scaling. Imagine you have a cube with a hole going through it. If you scale it down uniformly, the cube gets smaller and the hole diameter gets smaller. If you "inset" all of the surfaces, then the cube would get smaller and the hole diamete...
