So just so everyone knows, support reached out to me 6 hours ago. I replied and have heard nothing since. So 2 days now that I haven't been able to use Simplify3D with my new printer.

Simplify3D is printing a bridge for no reason. It's not part of the STL file. See attached file. I tried it on two different computers, and it's still creating a bridge in the middle of the piece. Anyone have a way to fix this?

And you're using the Repetier 0.92 firmware?

Hey guys, I'm not having any luck with the settings for my Da Vinci 1.0A with Repetier firmware. Can someone give me some guidance to get started? I was able to get it connected to the printer, but it keeps crashing into the bed. I've calibrated the bed to -1.5mm. Can someone send me their .fff file...
