The issue Chris is having is quite clear. Its the unwanted web here (the green lines!): extra.JPG And I think my suggestion will cure the problem...... Haha thanks man, I didn't think people would mistake the support structures as the problem so I didn't specify further, but you're absolutely right...

Slicer adding weird features.
Hey everyone, Simplify3D seems to be adding some weird features to my model. Here's a screenshot of the model itself and to the sliced output. See the weird webbing on his arm?
