Thank you very much! Now I got it. I thought the extrusion width was something that you should not temper with.

Help with triangle pattern print
Is there anyway to print the interior of the patterns with no "zigzag" pattern. I would prefer it fills the whole part with parallel style according the model edges. I attached the factory file so you can take a look. I have this problem with other parts too, when filling up narrow prints.

I attached a image where you can see amount of top and bottom solid layers. The 3% infill is EXTREMELY low for part like that.

For a quick look looks like you need to multiply your bottom and top layers a lot, and outlines too for a piece like that. If you want want it to keep in one piece when used. What are your layer tab settings? And maybe the infill is too small to print over it?

Notes inside factory file?
I have this system with versions and revisions of my prints. Obviously the 1.0 is the first printed version, then 1.1 is next version where I have changed the printing settings. When 2.0 comes, it means that I have changed the 3D model... etc.. Now I have a separate .txt file with .factory file wher...

I had this same problem with my part and making the support pillar resolution from 4mm to 3mm improved the bottom of my part greatly. Also I noticed that changing "External fill pattern" from concentric to rectilinear made it even better.

I just printed mixed part with PLA and ABS, and got the first layer to stick in 60 degree bed. After print I put cold packs from fridge around the part it surely popped out easily.
