This would not work with the STL file, but would create a GCode file with a pause. If you want to pause with Simplify 3D then you need to use a post process script on the scripts tab like this. {REPLACE "; layer 50\n" "; layer 50\nM0\n"} This would pause the printer at the 50th l...
The best way is to use a post process script on the scripts tab like this. {REPLACE "; layer 50\n" "; layer 50\nM0\n"} This would pause the printer at the 50th layer. I have a profile that I saved, I call "print with pause" that I use when I want to pause my printer at ...
I'm no expert, but it looks to me like you are under extruding. You shouldn't have gaps in your top surface. It looks like a plaid shirt. Try changing your extrusion multiplier (its on the Extruder Tab) to 105 and run a test and see if that helps. Also check how many top and bottom layers are you us...
You also might note that you get two licenses with your purchase. So instead of trying to run it through your network to a printer connected to another computer, you can install S3D on the other computer too and be well within your license agreement.

I don't have your printer but I never have that issue. You don't by chance have the print bed too high do you? Maybe your actually scrapping part of the previous line off the print bed and sticking it to your extruder. I know on my printer there is a fine line between squishing the first layer and s...
Re: Robo 3D Purge at Start by CompoundCarl » Fri Dec 04, 2015 8:26 am I just print a few skirt rings to prime the nozzle. Works fine and it's very easy to implement :D Ditto, I have a Da Vinci 1.0a and the factory firmware and software would always print a priming stripe on the right hand side of...
I think the problem arises because the rotate function seems to pivot on the center of the view or perhaps the center of the build area (I'm at work so I cant test for sure), which is well above the platform. When something you want to see is small it is very easy to rotate it out of view. However a...
