As long as we are requesting changes to solve the issue, there is another solution. I think it would be nice to have an option that made support under the edges of the roof where it meets the chimney. This looks like the model is hitting the front camera clipping plane. If hitting one of the fixed views on the right button panel doesn't solve it, you probably need to contact support.
