Hi all, I have been watching the videos and I am not sure if I have overlooked something or not. Anyways, I recently put a new nozzle in my machine, Lulzbot Mini and so I have created a new Profile called, "Lulzbot Mini - E3D Nozzle" my plan with this 'Profile' is to start adding in differ...

Yes, I am still on the stock mini profile :) just seems the gcode z axis offset doesnt make any changes...

Gcode Z Offset - Lulzbot Mini

Hi all! I am in need of offsetting my z axis in Simplify3D. Currently it doesn't appear to be working on the printer. The Lulzbot mini has an auto leveling system which I think may be affecting how the code should be integrated from Simplify? Is there possibly something I am overlooking or a differe...

I will give that a try and look forward to seeing what else you find.

I did try a .3mm chamfer on my most recent part with perfect results but its a crutch to the actual issue so I will keep looking

I am running into the same issues. Usually with PLA as that's all I have been printing lately. I've been doing some testing tonight as I want to get it worked out before I print some models. I played with the z-axis offset a bit, i went to .02, .05 and finally .08. I don't believe this actually help...

Is this the best way to save profiles? I may be looking to save multiple profiles as I work into more exotic filaments... I noticed however, when I imported a file I exported it just brought it in under its own name. Is there a step I need to do before hand? Do I need to save a profile within S3D fi...
