I use S3D exclusively, and I cannot print over USB.
A friend introduced me to Makerware, and just for fun I attempted to print over USB.
It worked!!!!!!
This is the same computer, same everything.
The only conclusion I can come to is that it is a bug in S3D.
Windows 10 x64. Fully patched.
