Actually I can change it by hand in the control panel even during the preheat sequence.
It worked few days ago but not anymore...
I already tried the 'reset to factory' but still the same
I will try to totally reinstall the software.

Hello I tried to contact the support but they do not answer so I'm trying here :( When I setup a process with a temperature greater than 120° the Machine control panel fix it to 120° and never warm it up more.
