Re: Airwolf axiom

Glitch, to keep it from crashing I added a line to the startup gcode. The line in question is in bold. I have posted it below and I have attached my .fff file. Hope this helps! M42 P6 S255 ; turn lights on G21 ; metric values G90 ; absolute positioning M82 ; set extruder to absolute mode M107 ; star...

Re: Print time estimates way off.

I just added what I have. They are in order from shortest to longest print and are listed in hours. I also modified the average error calculation to automatically get the average for the printer using averageif. The results are for various materials (mostly ABS, Nylon, PETG, and TPU) and I have an A...

Re: Airwolf axiom

They came out with a new plate (http://airwolf3d.com/shop/frglass-239) that is only $25. i just got two, but i have not tried them yet. All I can say is that they have rounded edges, unlike the old ceramic black ones. I am on my second ceramic plate, my first one lasted ~350 hours mostly printing ABS.

Re: Airwolf 3D Axiom defaults

Make sure that you have the correct nozzle and extrusion width set. I have since messed with my settings (I uploaded the original profile). ABS works really well, so does Nylon 910. Make sure you also upgrade to the latest firmware (https://airwolf3d.freshdesk.com/support/home). That made my prints ...

Re: Print time estimates way off.

Hey folks, I think I have a solution to this. From my data, it was a linear fit (r2 = .98). I posted about it on r/3Dprinting. Hope this helps!

Re: Airwolf 3D Axiom defaults

I have attached my FFF file, with the required start and end gcode. I would not take the other settings as perfect, I am still working to eliminate all of my blobs (retraction settings etc.). If anyone has better settings, I would like to share ideas.

Re: Airwolf 3D Axiom defaults

I have the axiom and I am printing successfully with Simplify3D. I used the start and end Gcode from cura (same as from astroprint). The only thing I added was a move over in the X direction after auto leveling. Otherwise the nozzle will crash into the build tray retaining rail when it goes to print...
