So after a good night's sleep I figured it out...

The labeling on the cables for the X & Y connections were wrong from factory...
I switch them and now it prints on the whole surface with original CR 10 mini configuration from the assistant.

I just updated my Nvidia graphic driver to version 382.05 and my Simplify3D 3.1.1. crashed.
I managed to fix this by going back to driver 381.89.

Hope this helps anyone else with similar problem...

Thank you for all your help, I have contacted seller and they will send firmware.
Maybe they can understand what's happening...I will post an update when I know more.

When I send G28 and then a G30 and then send "G1 X0 Y0 F3000" the head moves to the bottom left corner of the metal bed.
You can see the "V" shaped markings made by the head in the alu bed on my photo.

Thanks for the reply! When it comes to the autoleveller I managed to get it working sort of... The reason it is not working properly is because my 3mm alu printbed is concave.. :x So until I have a replacement I have to use manual leveling. Anyone know where to find a god level 3mm alu bed 250x250mm...
