It took some time but I was able to solve this when printing two models but if I add more than that it returns to the initial problem.

I have a very thin walled model that prints fine with just a single perimeter and zero infill. For cosmetic reasons I want to make the program start and stop each layer on the inside. I just build my first Delta. It has been homed to the thickness of a piece of paper. When I first tried to print the initial layer was set at .2mm but I got .11 which is the same as the paper I used. I then went into S3D to adjust first layer height with the percentage. 160% gave me the right thickn...
