You need to download the 2.3 version first. J think its flashforge 3.2 and its on their website. You need to copy everything in the firmware folder and then update to 3.7 and then paste those files into the new firmware folderdpedrinha wrote:I use Windows 10.

Thank you for the quick reply. I don't think I would have thought that flashpoint would have saved a copy of the firmware in the directory.

I just stumbled upon this thread because I'm having the same issues. How does one roll back the firmware on their printer? I don't have any of the old files that came with the printer on the sd card.
