Attached image. It looks like the bed is uneven and/or needs to be releveled but with out touching it i'm printing the same object using Maker Desktop in the same way and that same base layer is far better. I've done a lot of printing so i am used to leveling. May be for Simlify3d i need to make it ...

Perhaps not the best solution to your problem but here's a suggestion. Set the number of perimeters up to a point where small features are printed solid. For instance with a .5mm tip width and 5 perimeters you 100% fill a 2.5mm feature. This will increase the shell thickness over the whole part but...
