I exported the broken fff to see if there is anything.. nothing really - they differ a bit based on setting changes e.g. on the broken one I set the fan to layer1 100% to make sure.. Maybe you'll find something - attached the profiles It does a M126 in the broken one: Broken: G90 M83 M126 S255 G4 P5...
