Re: Dual nozzle, multiple layer heights

If you want the outer two perimeters at a finer layer height with a smaller nozzle and the inner perimeters and infill with the 1mm nozzle, you'd need to print as two separate models - the skin (two fine perimeters thick) that gets the fine layer height and then the rest of the model would print fat...

Re: Remove multiple supports at once?

Of the options you list, a rectangular marquee selection would be my last choice. Whether a lasso or a paint brush sort of functionality I don't think I have a preference without test driving the implementation.

Re: automatic one line print on the side

Looks like something in the start script. My machines don't do that.

Re: Increasing Infill Speed?

The "COMBINE INFILL" will print the infill every X number of layers - so that alone can cut the infill time in half. You can also use scripting to increase the accel and jerk values for different feature types - that can also decrease your print time. That won't be apparent in the calculated time as...

Re: Strange print pattern and gaps in first and last layers

How many perimeters do you have configured?
Looks to me like there's on the order of 55 perimeters with a small patch of solid infill.

Re: Odd number of perimeters for thin walls

I'm not at a computer with S3D installed so I'm not certain of the exact terminology - but look at the ADVANCED tab at Single Extrusion Fill

Re: pinched print

PLA? I'd look at lowering the bed temp.

Re: Build table grid view

I'd also like if 0,0 was an intersection - but as it is the grid is centered on the bed. If I want to place a part at 50,50 there's no line there since my printer bed is 304.8mm square.

Re: Spiral Floor

Don't have S3D handy, but look at Solid Infill - linear or concentric. Try concentric. It won't spiral out - it will be concentric rings, but that's closer to what you want.

Re: Bad/Lazy support settings

This has been discussed before - and I agree. I could be a little tricky to program, but parts can be run with different layer settings in different processes, the layer height in support should be able to adjust near the contact point to make an absolute distance setting possible. https://forum.sim...
