Randomise position of objects on build plate
If you keep printing the same object in the same place (e.g. first layer test prints), it wears down the build surface. I've been manually moving my models around the bed to keep the wear even, but a feature that randomly arranges them in the available space would be far simpler.

That's exactly why I made this thread, and why I suggested that the feature should be renamed to "Preference for interior perimeter" because that seems to be closer to what it's actually doing. It was great to get a solution to the problem, but it would be better to truly understand it.

Thanks for that! It definitely helps to have gap-fill coming in at 1.30 mm instead of 1.45 mm.
