I had two problems I noticed with clicking. The printer was trying to feed the filament to fast. I would get layers that look like the top of the red you have. The other was with curling. The part would curl up and catch in the cooling nozzle. This could also cause problems with motor missing a step...

Slowing down the speed helped clean up the edge.
The corners with the floor and roof are still creating blobs.

I'm doing some experimenting with a 20mm hallow cube. Using a Hyrel3D printer. http://snag.gy/HHjqh.jpg I'm getting extra material in the corners with the floor and the roof. Also at the top around the edge there is a tiny bit of a ledge. Would the coasting settings fix this? I have one corner where...
