Had the same problem. I think it takes the temp from the chip. Got a solution from the support (within 8 hours, thumbs up) In advanced setting go to the "Scripts" tab, select the "Layer Change Script" and enter M104 S225 T0 (225 being the temp you want on the right extruder T0) o...

Just got S3D short time ago for my Davinci 2.0A.
Had no problem connecting.
