Getting ready to pull the trigger on upgrading from Windows 10 to Windows 11. This is the only app that has the potential to crash and burn given how it is now abandonware, but is is essential to my business.

Looking for any feedback on experience with S3D and Windows 11.

For any future travelers who pass by this way, the issue was with print speed. had to slow down by half and things worked out well.

Given the size of the print, I'm working on conserving time by inserting a "slow" process for those layers as opposed to slow for the entire print.

Somewhat related,

I need to position models to avoid a particular spot on the build plate that is damaged and off center. Is there some way of translating the S3D coordinates into coordinates on the plate, or vice versa?

Does anyone know the rhyme or reason on how Model X, Y position offsets are determined when positioning models on the print bed, or how to find the coordinates of any particular spot on the rendering of the print bed? Just downloaded the CR10s PRO profile. Mine gets delivered tomorrow.

I saw that the default print speed was 40mm/s.

Was wondering if anyone has had success with running in the 60mm/s range or higher?

Got it. Had to upgrade to 4.1

When I look at the machine list, I only see the CR10 profile. Is there a CR-10S PRO specific file available? I am still running 4.0.1
