Re: Prime pillar/ooze shield not being applied to both extru

Based on other things I've read, you sound like you might have an older version of S3D, the new version does not seem to create an ooze shield, pillar or skirt for processes that begin above the bed. Does this sound right to others? and does anyone have a solution for printing multi-process prints w...

Re: Prime pillar/ooze shield not being applied to both extru

Hi Tobin,

any luck? im having similar issues - my ooze shield and prime pillar are completely missing for the second process/extruder when I tell it to only "start printing from 'x'mm. pretty pointless considering that's when I actually need them.

Lose Settings When Close Program

On two occasions I have lost my printer settings after restarting the program. For example: I recently set up my bed exactly to the right size so I can utilise my whole build plate without crashing... Next time I started up the program it was back to the prior bed size. Re: Bridging Process Fail?

check your bridging setup on the other tab. there is a unsupported area setting. I don't do much bridging and am new to the software, but I would imagine that the area you are bridging falls below this level so it doesn't consider it to need a bridge. just a guess though. [FIXED] Bridging Process Fail?

Hi,

I am new to simplify 3d so I may be missing something.

Problem:
Simplify 3d does not seem to be generating bridges where is should (see Photos). And I can't seem to find a button to Detect Bridges.

Question:
Am i missing something or does simplify3d just suck at this at the moment?
