If you use any modern version of Marlin, you can set it up to do just that. it will cool a nozzle to a set point temp after a set time point.

I will ask yet again to add a inner brim option to S3D please, I print 90% of the time with ABS and POLY this is a useful tool to help make long parts stick! I keep having to use Cura even thought I have S3D or physically make a brim on the model itself ! very annoying. PLEASE FIX THIS please!
