I would try to adjust the z down slightly for it looks like results I've experienced in the past where the nozzle is so close it just won't extrude as a simple test using LokBuild and it should be noted others like Buildtak and Gecko all have different distances that work best as well so a bit of ex...

In the 'layer settings' choose random start points and see how that works.

I use Solid Works for my designing and would just build a protruding tab an 1"long or 25mm whichever units and the amount of space you have to work with and depending on the material you print with and the infill density it should just retract into a pocket slightly larger than the tab dimensio...
