Had the same problem. I think it takes the temp from the chip. Got a solution from the support (within 8 hours, thumbs up) In advanced setting go to the "Scripts" tab, select the "Layer Change Script" and enter M104 S225 T0 (225 being the temp you want on the right extruder T0) ...

Does it switch to the new temperature later on in the print? For example, if you keep watching it, what temperature does it go to at layer 2, 3, 4, 5? I think the firmware on those machines force it to start at a specific temp, but it can be changed after the startup routine See that's what I assum...
