Well finally got a reply from so called support and they told me they would not fix the problem until some future software update. What a joke this company is.

Yea that was me that posted on Facebook. And if you contact support all they are willing to do is send you a profile. They will not fix the problem and if you push them to fix it they will just ignore you.
