I'm happy with A and C dimentions, just can see why B should be any different when the only difference with the modell is the inner diameter.

dimension problem

Rookie on 3D drawing, but trying to make some bushings in 123D, printed out on a Ultimaker 2+ with 0.4 nozzle from Simplify 3D with 0% infill (should be solid printed) tried with 2-3 shells. Bushing A and C print with approximately correct outer diameter (7,96mm) but bushing B comes out about a 0.1 ...

OK

it dosn't come apart on this small part, but on bigger parts, it dosn't get in contact with the perimeter shells and comes loos and thready. looks like shit.

Not wanted bridge layer

Anyone know why the first layer on top of support becomes a bridge layer?

It's suppose to be 3 solid layer, but it starts with one bridge layer an then two solid layers.

It happens on all models I try that I use support on.

Bottom layer overlap, and the last top layer overlap is perfect, infill overlap is at 36% on this print. It's just this second solid area that have this problem.( the solide layer on the picture) You where correct regarding Bridging :-) the bridging accures only on the layer on topp of the support, ...
