Break through? Wow! I may have been debugging Lulzbot's firmware and not knowing it. I have my first prints that I would actually call "usable." I am running a test print using PLA for both heads (I am still nervous about printing with PVA after my first screw up) on a large part, one is s...
Please contact our support team at support@simplify3d.com and we can send you a Taz Pro profile to test. Thank you for the profile. The Taz Pro is proving much harder to get tuned in v4.1 than I hoped, mainly due to how parameteized Cura has become over the past 3 years and the Taz Pro apparently n...
Hello! Has anyone got Simplify3D working with a Taz Pro yet? Mine comes Wednesday. I imagine it's like a Aerostrudder x 2. I have my Taz 6 w/Aerostrudder so dialed in now that I can't miss so maybe that will help. Also, the controller is different (32 bit? 8 bit was fine, not so sure what the other ...
Thanks for the information! TPU is fine for my application which is impact resistance so luckily it never gets stretched.. just smashed :P I do drone racing and people protect the carbon fiber arm ends with TPU "socks". What is your opinion on going to 1.75mm or staying with 2.85mm? Sorry...

S3D has always been pretty close. Is there something going on that I need to reset or change in the new ...
I am still having issues with the head but at least the heating problem is solved. When you get it tuned right for the filament being used it makes probably the best print on the market under $10,000.00. It's just more susceptible to variation in the filament. Takes more tuning. Glad I could help! ...
JB, You are a star! Thanks very much for these. I had to send one Aerostruder back as it wouldn't hold temp with the fans on, with support continuously telling me the problem was my Taz, or my firmware, or where I had the printer in the room, or everything but the bloody toolhead. I got another too...
Aparently the guys over at Lulzbot/Aleph Objects are slowly admitting to botching the Aerostruder. Thankfully the workaround has been around for a lot longer than the Aerostruder; https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07779TP4S/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 To bad they didn't just inc...
