This is in V5 and you cannot set it to zero. We are able to in V4.
In V4 we also used to be able to set the top layer density.

Every time S3D puts out an update they seem to break more stuff that worked well than adding or fixing things.

The model is as it looks. It is 5mm thick and the shape is what you see, it does not change as layers increase. Just a flat model at that end. No change in geometry. I tried a number of settings changes including layer height, number of top/bottom layers, number of walls, extrusion width, speeds etc...

We desperately need to be able to set the support gap by an actual measure, such as 0.24mm and independent of layer height, rather than just by the current layer height. If you run a layer height such as 0.16mm then supports will mostly "weld" to the model and be near impossible to remove....
