PS: I found out the reason for the errors:
I had german letters in the comments of the script commands (äüö..)

I have also those 2 errors.

argh - I made an user error: I selected the models on the wrong place.
Sorry it was my mistake, everything is ok!

I have 2 models. One should have rectlinear and the other Honeycomb Infil Pattern. I defined 2 processes A and B from 2 different Profiles PA and PB (because one profile can only handle one type of pattern). Now I select the models. Now I "Prepare for print" for both models with the proces...

Update Model

In slic3r is a nice function just "update the model" (including the old position,scale and rotation).
Slic3r itself notifies if the model on the disk is newer than the imported model.
That makes it much easier to react on changes of the model.

As standard the angle is 45° and next layer crosses the first layer. There is a dialogue for "infil Angle Offsets", but that one influences only the Internal Fill Pattern. So I have to rotate the model, which has the disadvantage that the pattern direction does not follow the direction of ...

I have the same issue. If an outside/inside perimeter is crossed during travel, then with "retraction vertical lift" a z-hop is included on the top layer. But a travel inside the surface has no z-hop. see pic. So the result is a scratch in the surface. I did not see a value in version 3.1 ...
