I print quite frequently parts with raft option, and I almost always have holes on layer 1 (screw holes for instance).
Should it be possible to add an option that would avoid closed holes characterized by max diameter of enclosing circle?

It is very annoying, when you saved your factory file and then produce a gcode file, not to have a default file name the same as factory file.
Usually, the file name is the current part, and this force user almost every time to overwrite this name.
