All printers are running at 206 and 2000mm/min (we did temp towers to find the best printing temp)
It's with new rolls. I haven't had any humidity issues before and the 3 printers are side by side, only one with issue.

Quality Issue in Flexible TPU
We have 3 printers (Robo 3d Plus with flexion extruders). we use the same gcode files for all three printers. 2 print parts perfectly. the last one has recently started having an issue with intermittent layers printing poorly.
