Re: 3D gizmo starts hidden

u/laborda, did you ever get this issue resolved? I'm suddenly seeing this on Mac (v4.1.1) and PC (v4.1.2) SOLVED: There is a setting where you can set the gizmo to be turned on all the time. No idea how this got disabled (or why it's even an option), but this video shows how to turn it on: https://y...

[SOLVED] PowerSpec Ultra dual extruders misaligned.

This post is for people having trouble getting their dual extrusion prints aligned on their PowerSpec Ultra 3D printer (the version with the touch screen). The following should also work for the Flashforge Dreamer machine if you are having the same issue since that version of the PowerSpec Ultra is ...

Re: Printer bed is offset to the side

That did not solve my issue, but I did find a solution myself recently. Simplify 3D has the dual toolhead offset programmed at 34mm, but the printer itself also has a set offset which is being added on top of the 34mm. Your actual offset is going to be closer to zero +/- 0.5mm in my experience. You'...

Re: Prints to the side instead of center

Hey prostreetcamaro, I came looking for another issue and found your post at the top of the forums. I have the same printer and have encountered the exact same issue. For more information on it, you can review my old post here: https://forum.simplify3d.com/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=5926&p=25724#p2...

Re: Printer bed is offset to the side

Thanks for following up, CompoundCarl. The weird thing is that sometimes things are perfectly centered. I actually printed a PLA temperature calibration tower last night on the right extruder to test my new cooling duct and it was perfectly centered. While writing this, I actually loaded up the larg...

Re: Printer bed is offset to the side

Thanks for the response, CompoundCarl. It was the weirdest thing. I was setting everything up to take the photos like you asked when this time punching in the code centered the extruders perfectly! Wanting to figure out why this occurred I decided to test some things out in the hopes that I could po...

Printer bed is offset to the side

I have a PowerSpec Ultra (FlashForge clone) and just tried printing a large item only to have it try printing part of it off the bed. In Simplify3D the model is perfectly centered on the bed. During my research I found this post, so I'll answer the questions listed there first: https://forum.simplif...
