The same settings work for any print I download from thingiverse. Its only if I create an object and export the stl into S3D and than save to disk.
Really strange...

Sorry about the super long post but there are two sections below highlighting the gcode - there are differences but not really sure what the problem is as I'm not really all that familiar with gcode troubleshooting.
