Hi Doug,

Our next update will not contain the feature you're looking for, as that is currently still being tested. Our release on 19th will be to phase out beta and roll out v1. The updated feature will be released in one of the next iterations, and I will personally let you know when it's live.

Your best choice is to repair the errors automatically. Have you tried running the 3D file through a repair service? I would recommend you try https://makeprintable.com/ It fixes nonmanifold surfaces, intersections and flipped faces and wall thickness issues.

There might be errors in your 3D file just like CompundCarl said. Try https://makeprintable.com/, is a good free tool for inspecting and repairing 3D models

It looks like there's an error in your file, have you checked and repaired the file? Try fixing it using one of the repair services. I usually fix my models using https://makeprintable.com/

I suppose there's an error in the STL file, have you checked and repaired the file? https://makeprintable.com/ is a good free tool for this.

Just like you mentioned it's most likely a wall thickness issue. have you checked and repaired the file? If not, I would suggest you double check it using one of the repair services. I use https://makeprintable.com/ to fix my models.

Post screenshots how it shows in the slicer that would also help. There are a lot of things that could be causing this problem. There is a possibility that your file has some errors that's causing this. Have you checked and repaired the file? I use http://www.makeprintable.com/ to repair my files.
