3D Builder in windows didn't find any issues. Slices ok as is in Slic3r.

I'm not seeing it anymore either. Strange. One of those things that I guess pops up and now is gone after restarting the program.

See image comparing 4.0 and 4.1. This is with .2 layer heights and 3 dense support layers. Notice no gap in the 4.1 version. Is this a bug?

Why is this still a problem in 2017? I hope S3D goes out of business. This is BS. I shouldn't have to reset my profiles to fix this issue. This ruined a 18 hour print for me and I'm so mad right now.
