You can already setup your own config in the connexion software to make the 3D mouse control the S3D view (panning, rotating, etc). It's all done through the 3Dconnexion software, there's nothing to do in S3D. Can you please elaborate? All I can see is reference to the SDK (http://www.3dconnexion.c...

+1 waiting on this functionality before I buy Symplify 3D, until then I'll stick with Repetier workflow.

I'm a long time user of Repetier server - host - informer. I'd like to switch over to Symplyfy 3D, but until it has a similar workflow (via OctoPi), I'm sticking the ease of Repetier. +1 for development in direct server control via OctoPrint.
