New problem on new computer: can't type numbers

I am trying to change my process and when I go to change any of the numbers, like for instance nozzle size is .47 and I want to change it to .5 can't because all my number keys are not working in Simplify3d. When I press a "5" Simplify3d thinks it's the "%" I don't have this issu...

Failed to Activate Software. New computer

I had Simplify3d, the latest version on my old computer and I deactivated on that computer and activated on the new computer. It had worked fine, until it has not. Now, I get the error " Failed to activate, The software will now close" It does give me the option to click on the Network set...

Moving processes from one computer to a new computer

I just got a new computer and I want to get my saved processes off my prior computer to use on the new computer. How do I do that, as I don't see a separate folder for them in the Simplify3d file folder

I too had some short pauses, last night while printing. Not sure when they happened though
