Flashforge M118 gcode in start code section

I have a FlashForge Creator Pro 2. I created a print file for a simple 20x20x10mm cube printed with a single extruder (T1), and saw the following in the 'start gcode' section on the scripts tab. M118 X0 Y0 Z150 T0 T1 M140 S[bed0_temperature] T0 ; heat build platform M104 S[extruder0_temperature]] T0...

Flashforge Creator Pro 2 Two Color Print not working

I have a new FlashForge Creator Pro 2 IDEX printer and I'm trying to use S3D for two-color prints. I have a 20x20x10mm test cube, and I'm trying to print the bottom 5mm in one color, and the top 5mm in the other. I can do this successfully using FlashPrint5, but when I try the same trick with S3D us...

Re: Dual extruder help

I had this problem too. It means you probably have the 'group and align models' option selected (bottom left corner of the Dual Extrusion Wizard dialog). This option attempts to center everything, which is often NOT what you want. If you don't want S3D to move everything around, uncheck this box.

Don't know, but the next time I print on my dual-extruder PowerSpec I'll check and let you know

Re: Skirt won't print if global z offset is negative and larger than layer height

This is still an issue in V4.1.2. I can print anything I want at any Z-axis value in the Global G-code Offsets dialog in the 'G-Code' tab EXCEPT a skirt/brim - WTF?? As an experiment I used three sheets of printer paper instead of one to level the build plate. Each sheet is about 0.1mm thick, so 0.3...

Support Base Layers Setting not honored

Version 4.1.1: The 'Support Base Layers' setting doesn't appear to do anything. If Dense Support Layers is set to zero, then base layers don't appear in preview regardless of the Support Base Layers setting. If Dense Support Layers is set to a non-zero number, then dense support base (and upper) lay...

Re: Ooze-Shield bug still there

I just ran across this 'feature' myself tonight while trying to do a long, complicated print. Come on guys, it is stupid to have the settings for one thing (the ooze shield) change the settings for something else (brim around the actual part). What were you thinking?

Re: Skirt won't print if global z offset is negative and larger than layer height

All parts of objects, situated below the digital print table are not printed, they are "brushed under the carpet". The visibility of parts unter the table is urgently necessary to adjusting things you won't print or set a print angle line. The transparency of the table is very helpful! H....

Re: Skirt won't print if global z offset is negative and larger than layer height

Any chance of a Factory file of an example where the skirt is not printing? It may help with you error report.... Sorry - I re-levelled my bed to get rid of the negative offset, so I'm not having that problem at the moment (and I don't want to screw up my currently-printing-fine setup :-) ). Howeve...
