I have set both Hotend and Bed to wait for temp to stabilize but it doesn't work since the last update. It just starts to print without the hotend and bed up to temp.

Is there more I have to do or is this a known issue?

So yes I can reset it and it does fix the issue but I would consider it a bug. It isn't a bug, it just means you have the "update firmware configuration" option disabled on the G-Code tab. It's already enabled for every profile I have downloaded from S3D, so not sure why you would want it...

Ok I just had a little look and I think I have found out why. If you have 2 printer profiles say one that uses MakerBot/Sailfish and the other RepRap(Marlin, Repetier,Sprinter) firmware's.
