Hidden seam like Slic3r
Can you consider adding a seam hiding feature like slic3r does? I know you can have a seam aligned but with slicer it finds the best spots on the model and hides it.
Just this feature makes me go back and forth between these 2 great programs.

I do see what you mean. Is it normal for the extruder head to have a 5mm or depending on what you set your zlift at. To be off the part ? In the whole sequence not just the zlift. If you look at the pic thats what i see through the whole print in preview layer mode. Which is not normal. On my laptop...

Take a look 4 posts above this one the FFF file is uploaded and has 10kb and i did save it during the print in which im having trouble.
This option affects every single print .. I downloaded it again myself from my own post and shows up.
Maybe thats another bug in this otherwise great software.

hope this will help troubleshoot. I also posted a pic of the extruder nozzle 5mm in the air during the whole print.

I will do that once i get home from work. So far I have even tried different firmware stock settings to see if there is any difference and the same thing. Preview in layer mode z goes up and doesnt come back down which reflects when i start a print with zlift on retraction enabled and it goes up to ...

Thankyou for the suggestion ! I will try to lower z axis speed... I believe its set fast.. Whats funny is in the preview when i select layer ... The extruder tip is in the air to whatever mm setting i put in verticle lift.. When i preview in line i think its called the extrider tip in preview stays ...
