If your printer bed is so uneven that it's affecting the appearance of the first layer, then the only solution is to get a new bed! But do you really mean that the bed has an uneven surface? Or are you saying that the bed may be flat....but one corner is lower than it's diagonally opposite corner? ...

Okay, I was trying to avoid a raft. I may end up having to go that route for now though.

I don't really like how the print looks when using a raft, but at least the first layer would look consistent.

I have done some further testing. I can print out of the other side of my printer perfectly with same filament, settings & temps. Why not attach a factory file for what you're printing. That way, others can see what your settings are....and may be able to suggest what you can do. Hello again! I tried swapping the nozzle with a known good .4mm nozzle and it did the same thing once it was about half way done with the model.

Any help would be appreciated.

It looks like it may be just skipping parts of the layer.
