New S3D v4 installtion

I'm running win7 x64. Installed the new x64 S3D finally. Went to start it, and got an error for a missing .dll file. My computer is mostly up to date, have the latest c++ redistributables and all that. After going through some runaround I got it working finally, but I had to find about 20 .dll files...

So I tried a few things out yesterday. For sure this is a S3D issue, possibly having trouble writing to the card. I'm using a Makerfarm 10" Pegasus printer, just completed a few upgrades such as ACME lead screws and mounting hardware, and this weekend changed from using slic3r and Cura to S3D. Since I've been using S3D I've been getting layer shifts starting after 12.5mm Z, and then the printer stops mid-p...
