I'm not sure what 4 scenarios you mean on the FAQ but it sounds like it's a USB interruption (at least that's what was happening to me). You should probably keep settings from your second attempt and start changing your travel/print speeds. What's worked for me is to increase the travel speed and slow the print speed (although it looks like your print speed is fine).

For me, enabling coasting fixed most of the blobs. I would suggest enabling that first at 0.2 mm and seeing if it helps/fixes the issue.
